"My bf Bought a body scale. They didn’t give him a receipt, the next day he took it out of the box. Tried to use it (following the directions) and the scale didn’t work! Went to the store to return it that day and the manager had him show him where he got it in the store. Then proceeded to tell him he couldn’t give him a refund for a product that DOES NOT WORK without the receipt they DID NOT give him. Also when he bought the scale he asked if he needed the receipt to return it and they said no, it shouldn’t be a problem. Apparently it was…so now he’s left with a defective item and nothing to show for the wasted time and money. I work in customer service and i know there are definitely ways to accommodate a customer in a situation like that. Also why did they withhold his receipt when he asked for it? Very strange. Never going to this location again."

"Clean facility with the usual offerings of over the counter medication and supplies. Friendly staff and family friendly hours. Pharmacy closes early. Ample parking and not as busy as some locations making transactions quick and easy."

"This is a beautiful rite aid in a fantastic location. It offers a drive thru pharmacy, and an extensive vitamin and natural food aisle. The shopping baskets with a pull handle and wheels are a nice addition. It is a clean, modern and very friendly pharmacy. After holiday markdowns are always nice displayed near the registers."
