"The treatment itself is nice, but they never explained anything they were doing or putting on my face. I know it’s supposed to be a relaxing treatment, but at least ask beforehand. My skin was actually worse after :( it made my skin very dry because they were so rough on extractions. Definitely would opt out of that next time or just go to a professional dermatologist instead."
