"People are judgmental and only give good customer service if you fit their “traditional standard look”. I was a masc presenting woman coming in looking for a nice vest and pants set and the lady was very nice on the phone up until she saw my appearance. She had a very nasty attitude and was giving dirty looks and seeming very judgmental. It’s hilarious how bothered she was by me just existing and living my life. Seemed like they only gave me business because they had to and the man was very short with me. If it wasn’t for me urgently needing something the next day they wouldn’t have gotten my business"

"Super nice older couple running the place. Very fair prices for alterations. I got a whole suit and 2 pairs of pants in to be tailored for about $105. I'll update once they're done, but I'll give it a 5 star for now."
