She looked right at my sister in law and told her she's only there for a paycheck. Pay attention to these reviews and do not use this doctor if you want what's best for you and for your baby!!!"

"I will never be seen by this doctor again, nor would I ever recommend any expecting mother to be seen by her, or just any woman in general. First off she does several unnecessary tests. She tried telling me in her office and I quote, "it's the law to have a pap smear while pregnant". Mind you I've had two healthy pregnancies and neither doctor before recommended doing a pap smear while pregnant, it was performed after. Secondly, Dr. Gavrila cost me $900 in dental work because I had an infected tooth that needed extracted. She told my dentist that she absolutely would not allow the use of epinephrine while I'm pregnant, which research shows is in fact safe while pregnant, and my dentist said would have been safer for the baby than having to use multiple shots of the other anesthetic that did not even work. So not only did I have to endure a very painful procedure without the proper anesthetic, I am also $900 more in debt because my insurance wouldn't cover the alternate procedure my dentist had to do because Dr. Gavrila wouldn't allow epinephrine. She also could have harmed my baby because they had to use multiple shots of the other anesthetic instead of just one shot of the epinephrine, which is a lawsuit waiting happen if anything happens to my baby because of this. Lastly, Dr. Gavrila sent me to ACMC in Ashtabula to get blood work done, so I go and waste half my day in the waiting room for the blood work and then am told that half the test can't be preformed because I am 4 days shy of the amount of weeks needed for the test in my trimester of pregnancy and that of course when called Dr. Gavrila says I have to come back, even though 4 days wouldn't have made a difference. Also the half of the test I wasted my day doing had nothing to do with the baby like I was told, my results showed that it was to test me to see if I had all my vaccinations. Which first off, is nobody's business, and secondly, if I wasn't vaccinated, there's no way I'm doing them all while pregnant. This was such a waste of my time, money, and unnecessary charges to my insurance company. Also two weeks later I went back to ACMC for the 2nd half of the test and the hospital and Dr. Gavrila's office lost the paperwork for the test, so of course I wasted my day and money again and couldn't even get the test done...AGAIN. Dr. Gavrila and her office are the worst I have ever been to. Dr. Gavrila is a total quack, do not go here!"

"Wife and daughter love her. Always, very prompt and courteous. She makes them feel relaxed, and answers all their questions. The Conneaut office seems to be a little less busy. As for the review that says the wait is an hour and the bathrooms are dirty - that's just not true."

"Not somewhere I would go if not necessary. They clearly dont clean much. Bathrooms always disgusting for a medical practice. And your always waiting at least over an hour. The only good thing about this place is the receptionists."
