"My mom did me a favor and dropped off three dresses, a shirt and jeans ALL had tags on them . The cheapest dress was $35. They gave my mom $28 for everything. I can only imagine what they’re going to turn around and sell them for since they have not even been worn. Unfortunately my mom thought I just wanted the items gone at whatever price I could get,otherwise I absolutely would not have excepted that."
"I’m going to be real honest in the kindest way possible here. I like the items here and enjoy shopping for myself and at Once Upon a Child for my kids. Prices are good. However, the staff at all 3 of these locations are sadly very rude. It would be beneficial for the owner of these 3 businesses to invest in some training for their staff on how to be kind, and work on their people skills. One of many examples, today a woman left Style Encore a bit upset about the state that the workers left her clothes, she left. The women who work there then proceeded to talk badly about her for the next 20 minutes. This really is sad as a local business to be acting this way in front of other customers."
