"Tried to make an online return with my order number and item that didn't have the tags. The manager said no returns without tags, which is ridiculous when I have proof of purchase. She could have just returned it but was on some sort of power trip. You work at a Hollister, relax. I dont shop here much but anytime I have, no one is ever inside the store. It's empty and won't be surprised when it goes out of business soon."
"Wheelchair accesible , automatic push button doors , no pandemic precautions , no Wi-Fi , some nice sales going on for Easter , friendly helpful staff , Mens and women’s clothes and underwear , located in the main mall whose entrances are all curb cut with automatic door openers ."

"This is definitely the store to go to if you are looking for good name brand clothes at a decent price. They always have a clearance department. I didn't give them 5 stars because the customer service really sucks. No one ever asks if you need help and the employees just stand around talking to each other. It is quite aggravating when you are the only one in the store and no one will help you."
