"I went in and purchased a Christmas tree that was advertised for $199 then went to the cashier and they charge me $274.99 which I still paid and brought home and realized that it was too big didn’t even open the box then went to return 3 days later to have them try and give us back only $149 as they dropped the price within 3 days. It was never disclosed that Christmas merchandise returned after the 25th will be refunded at the current sale price at time of return. It was only stated on the receipt after the purchase was already done. They should have had a sign disclosing the return and exchange policy to avoid this type of situation. The cashier was very dismissive and unprofessional as was her manager Kayla who would only speak to me over the phone instead of in person. There are too many home goods stores out here to have to deal with this type of terrible customer service and I will definitely not ever come to an At Home store ever again."

"I really do love this place. Such a large selection of home decor and home goods. I haven't experienced any store quite like it in all of NYC's 5 boroughs. If you're looking for something specific, I'm sure you can find it here. Prices are good to decent, but you can find things that are unique. Also, only artificial plants-- if anyone is curious. Nice way to spend a good 2-3 hours shopping for your home. Excellent locations near decent fast food restaurants w ample parking."

"At Home, Baychester, is truly amazing, offering a wide range of home essentials and beautiful accessories for decoration. I was impressed by the well-organized layout, where everything was neatly arranged according to different categories. What caught my attention were the helpful division marks and maps on the pillars, which made it easy for me, as a new visitor, to navigate and find the specific products I was looking for. The space itself was quite spacious, capable of accommodating a large number of customers even during busy times. I was delighted by the extensive variety of items available, and I felt that the prices charged were reasonable considering the quality and range of products offered. Overall, it was a fantastic experience with a wide selection of items at great value."

"Just visited the store. I was pleasantly surprised to see how massive and organized it was. Huge inventory to add to your current outdoor theme or create a totally new one. Price and quality go hand to hand. Very good overall. Recommend 100%. And yes I bought an outdoor bench and the quality is great, thank you guys good job."
