"Love coming here to peruse the shelves and get new things to try! I’m a creature of habit so being able to go and taste helps me try new things and they are always super helpful. They have a wide selection, I’m always pleased to see they have single cans just in case you don’t want to commit to a six or twelve pack of something you may not like. Also the staff is just super nice, good people, and always pleasant to talk to while you browse. This is a must visit place for non-alcoholic beverages if you’re in Pittsburgh, visitor or resident."

"Last week I stopped in to The Open Road and was greeted by Mel, the very knowledgeable and friendly owner of this establishment. Mel helped me select several neat and tasty beverages to take home. The customer service and selection are both exceptional here. I will definitely return to shop again when I have the chance and would also recommend this store to anyone looking for unique non-alcoholic beverages curated by a passionate owner/operator. Bonus points for the Phony Negroni bottle making a cute bud vase after consumption :)"

"I came here searching for a non alcoholic alternative to wind down daily from my stressful job. Alcohol is a thief and once you make the decision to stop, it can be a challenge, but this place should be your first stop. Parking is tricky, but once you step inside, open your eyes to a whole new world. I spent a decent amount of time there asking questions and listening to the well informed individual working that day. Mel was fantastic and you can tell, this is a passion. I went for 2 specific brands I had been researching, but was shocked at the MANY choices. There are even a few D8 & D9 beverages for those that enjoy cannabis options. All in all I give this a 9.5 out of 10. My only complaint, not really a complaint more of a wish: Have a chilled section so you can enjoy one on the ride home! I will be a regular patron."
