"Called as new patient with plugged and ringing ears. I asked the receptionist to repeat a question twice and she became very rude. Hung up and found another doctor."
"I called the doctor office this morning (12/13 @10::21 am). The woman answered my call was extremely rude and overbearing. She talked me down like she was lecturing her grandchildren. I told her:”if you have a bad day then stay home. You don’t have to come out work and pass your negativity to your patients.” I checked reviews later and found out this arrogant attitude has been a recounting issue with this reception desk to many patients in the past years. Screw it, don’t bother come to this doctor office … there are many other friendly options around in this area. As patients, we don’t deserve this kind of condescending treatment. The unpleasant conversation with this rude receptionist this morning totally ruined my day."
