"Stopped by for the first time to take my COVID test and the front desk was rude. I was not sure of the procedure and they did not even bother saying hello. Just told me wait after me standing in front of them for a few seconds then just scanned my phone. Gave me the test kit and looked away. I had to wave them to get their attention to ask what to do after I am done as I have no idea. They roll their eyes and said to throw it in the bowl. I am like which bowl and they just point to all farther where I finally saw it. Oh okay thank you. So after being done with my test, it was awkward because this procedure is different from how they do it at SLCC. I went by front desk and had to wave for few seconds to get my attention. They roll their eyes and looked at me. I was like i am sorry that I am awkward but this is my first time here so I just want to make sure that I leave it in the bowl and leave? They just nodded. Oh okay sheesh so I thank them and told them to have a good day. They said nothing. Customer service is definitely lacking here. Now I see why students don't like going over there."
