"This lady never speaks to tell you what she’s doing and barely touches you when preforming a treatment. I had a back facial and she never went above my shoulder blades. Took seconds to preform the extra services and was radio silent. I won’t go back that’s for sure. Waste of my time and money for $157.00! Would not recommend her as the aesthetician"

He did a great job of working through my issues and giving me hints how I can help myself at home. He’s excellent at working through problems. I didn’t go in for a relaxing massage so not sure how that is."
"Sorry to say but I am very much disappointed with service provided at Dulles location. I do take frequently massage with other providers. This was my first time with massage envy location. I did choose 1 hr firm deep tissue massage. Massage was very basic. It was not added any pressure. There was no difference with pointed focus area massage with other area. To be honest I felt like I wasted my money. No any technique, no pressure at all. They need to improve a lot if they want keep customer visiting more than one time. Hope this will get improve, all the best"
