"I cannot even begin to describe into words how awesome & professional this place is. My son went in for outpatient surgery and he was treated so amazingly by the entre staff, from beginning to end. To a very special nurse, who prayed with us, before his surgery, thank you so much! It is great to know that places still uphold the highest standards in healthcare. Excellent experience at this facility!"

"The pre op nurse was excellent! She helped me so much. She washed her hands, changed her gloves and explained everything. The post op nurse Jun was great, informative and my husband and I felt relaxed. The entire team did a great job. Dr Khafagy is an excellent doctor. The RN taking me back to surgery looked at my arm, asked me what surgery I was having. She is proficient and she made me feel calm as well. The anesthesiologists, I think there were 3, made sure I didn’t have any questions and I didn’t feel anything! Great team!! Thank all of you for everything!"

"My experience was interesting because many things are a 10 + rating but two are a rating of 1.I went into ER on a Wed afternoon for severe stomach pain and had my appendix on late AM on Thursday & discharged that afternoon. Not sure why it took so long to operate. The nurses are AWESOME. ER, pre-op, post-op., etc. All were personable and professional. I am seriously thinking about sending flowers to both the ER nurses & operation team nurses. They made the bad things bearable! I'm very disappointed that I was in a "basic" ER triage/treatment room (across from nurse station) for almost 17 hrs from Wed afternoon until surgery on Thursday. They had open rooms in ER (with beds/bathrooms and away from nurses stations) but never moved me despite my polite request several times. I endured all the ER desk talk/work and a young (psych) patient moaning/screaming/yelling for many hours. The fact they had me there for 17 hours was bad and I believe it was either $ driven or it appeared they were on a skeleton staff throughout hospital. The nicer rooms had a few patients in them that I saw when I had to walk to a bathroom. I never had a hospital director or management check on me either over the 17 hours. My other bad experience is that it took them over 4 hours to discharge me. They had a rapid response call as I was being moved into the post-op/discharge room. The Dr responsible for discharge was called to help. I understand & appreciate that patient was priority but to find a physician assistant to finally help us get discharged was outrageous. I did not make a fuss because I was aware of the need for them to respond to ICU situation but how short staffed were they that it took fours hours to get us out? Thank goodness the staff we interacted with were really good people who were quite empathetic and caring. In short, I hope the ER, operation team nurses get big raises or bonuses OR they go to work for another local hospital because I'm not sure that my family will (willingly) return to Stone Springs Hospital."

"I am writing to express my heartfelt thanks for the exceptional care you provided to my wife before, during, and after her surgery. From the moment we arrived until she was carefully wheeled to our car, the attentiveness and professionalism displayed by the entire staff were second to none! I would like to extend a special thank you to nurse Kimberly Sneathen, whose kindness and expertise were a source of comfort and reassurance to us both. Additionally, Dr. Sherri Franklin’s outstanding skills and calm demeanor during the procedure were truly appreciated. It is clear that the staff at Stone Springs Hospital Center are not only highly skilled but also deeply compassionate. Your dedication to patient care did not go unnoticed and has left a lasting impression on us. Thank you for making what could have been an overwhelming experience much more manageable. Warm regards and deep gratitude,"

"We had yet another wonderful experience in the Labor and Delivery wing of StoneSpring with the Center of midwifery and Women’s health. The hospital staff was amazing and kept us comfortable and well fed. The nurses were supportive, encouraging, and attentive. We especially are thankful for our nurse, Ozzy who supported us throughout the entire process."
