"Firstly, I would like to express my confusion regarding the survey request, as I have not yet been to the physical building. It seems premature to provide feedback without having received the service. Moreover, my interaction with the representative who answered the phone was weird. Her communication was unclear, and she seemed bothered throughout the conversation. Regrettably, this made me not want to go to this location. I want to clarify that my dissatisfaction is not based on the age of the representative, as I believe there are many capable and excellent young individuals. In this instance, the service provided was just bad, and it is essential for me to bring this matter to your attention for improvement. I will say the person who gave me my free 30 min consultation was absolutely the best sales person I’ve ever met. If there was a question she had an answer. Thank you for your understanding, and I trust that you will address these concerns to enhance the overall customer experience."
"The staff were very professional and personable. Although I have a hernia, which prevented me from having the procedure, I appreciate their concern for me, as the client. I would recommend others to this company. My only complaint is that I told the first contact I had on the telephone about my hernia, and I wouldn't have gotten excited about a procedure I was looking forward to for months, if she had told me it would be counterindicated for me."
"I don't like that some technician doesn’t perform the complete laser hair remove treatment in the corresponding areas as shown in their diagram. I can say Natasha is great but she is not available in my appointments and that sometimes they cancel my appointment a day before."
