"This review is only for my massage. I got a deep tissue combo, a massage that I have often so I know what to expect. She initially asked me what were my problem areas. I said my neck and back. She started massaging the bones and areas that weren't muscles or tissue, and when she did hit a muscle she would only stay a minute. She spent more time massaging my legs and arms, which I did not care for than my back. She NEVER touched my lower back. This was a birthday gift. While booking the front desk never mentioned what I wanted cost more than the gift card, so I had to pay out of pocket. They do offer other services that I did not have. This review is strictly for my terrible massage."
"Made an appointment for a manicure and pedicure I was 15 min early. Had to wait while people were checking out but I was also being ignored by other workers and the front desk. They were ignoring me and other clients who needed to be checked out. Finally someone checked me in showed me where to sit to wait and told me to pick out my nail color. I waited 25 min and no one came to get me for my appointment. I went to the front desk and explained in a loud tone that they might as well cancel my appointment no one came to do my nails and I was clearly visible waiting. I have never had such bad service at a salon in my life. I won’t go back."
"I went for a massage yesterday, 01/24/2024 and to my surprise I wasn’t given a robe every after the session I wasn’t given a room to clean/shower and fix myself and was just showed where to pay. I do not recommend this place at all. Also even the salon I have a regular client who cut her hair there and she complains about the hygiene."
"My first experience here and it was good. The facial I got was amazing. Alexis really knows her stuff and had a great way of making me feel so relaxed. I even found myself laughing a lot. I hadn't done that because of a lot of stress lately. Thanks, Alexis. I'm definitely going back and will be asking for her."
"It was my first time here and I had the most amazing experience, thanks to Chuck! He was very friendly, attentive, and made me feel comfortable. I booked a 90 min combination massage (custom + deep tissue) and I would recommend that to anyone. I will absolutely be back and will be sending my friends here as well!!"
