"The classic chicken wraps were good. The cookies were hard even though I asked to wait for fresh cookies. They said they weren't making anymore tonight gir just one person. They gave me chicken fries instead of cheesey bites then the employees argued over who messed up my order. They fixed it but the manager said she couldn't refund my cookies so she asked if I wanted cash. She said, "Here. Take your $3." When I pulled off I realized that it was 2 crumpled up bills. I have never had such horrible service from this Burker King. They are usually a great experience. I was highly disappointed tonight."
"Staff has always been great here never any issues with orders always a positive friendly response. Very clean and pleasant to dine in. It's fast food so not too much to comment on. It's a nice burgerking."
"I order 3 Double whopper bacon cheeseburger and I seen they were making them with No Gloves On. I would just like to know that they are being clean while making food and that management is on top of these type of things. I personally won't be ordering food from this establishment again."
"The girl at the counter was nice and that was the only positive part of this experience. She rang is up for shakes because she didn't know the shake machine was down. The manager wouldn't just give us the refund in cash and said it had to go back on my debit card but instead of refunding just the shakes she refunded the entire order ($29) and charged us again for the rest of the food($22) and told me to expect the refund to my debit card in 3-5 business days. As if that wasn't distasteful enough, I took my food to the table and the cheese on my whopper w cheese was on top of all the lettuce tomato onions and pickle, so the cheese was ice cold and solid."
"I would give this place 0 stars if I could. This place had the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. We went through the drive through for lunch on September 25th at 12pm and the woman taking orders for the drive through was extremely rude to my husband. She was talking to him in a very rushed monotone voice as he placed our order. My husband kindly asked that she treat him like a human and not be so rushed and short with him and she got super rude and said she doesn’t have to serve us and to leave !!!! I will never go to this Burger King ever again. Worst drive through experience ever."
