"I made a reservation for my son 14 birthday celebration. However, we were there almost 30 minutes before I had to address someone to get acknowledged. The cashier didn't know what she was doing, she put us in whole different lane than was set up for me. Because of the late start, no fault of ours, we didn't get our full 2 hours. I offered to pay the difference so we could finish our game and was told lane was reserved, but they had walk ins. I truly didn't like my first experience thier."
"The bowling alley is beautiful, there is a great vibe once you get past the security and metal detector. We had a reserved party and I feel like there was no real cohesion to the service. It wasn't horrible it was just very choppy. We had to ask for everything constantly instead of just being taken care of. The staff was all very sweet and seemed to enjoy working with each other. Drinks were watered down and pizza was yummy."
