"Had the grilled octopus for app, flank steak for dinner and an affogato for dessert, all were excellent. Great service and atmosphere. 1/27/24 update - still kind of like this place but my last experience wasn’t that great. The Steak Frites (the steak) was very tough and couldn’t really be cut through even with a steak knife. I left 1/4 of it but no question from the server. The place is a bit high priced I’ve come to decide. A basic salad with a very small slice of salmon on top, $36, just not worth it IMO. The four of us had a couple drinks, 2 basic apps, dinner, 2 shared desserts…. $450 total with tax and tip. The week prior the four of us dined at Charleston for $500, now that was worth it."

"I had a Japanese Old Fashioned which was good. I am a fan of cauliflower, but would have liked this more if it was seasoned better. The atmosphere is wonderful, but would love for it to be opened later. I will definitely go back."

"Absolutely amazing restaurant. I went twice in 2023 while on work trips and will ALWAYS make an effort to get back to Tarks while in the area. Food - Amazing. I have gotten the seafood risotto twice and it has been exceptionally good. The calamari is phenomenal as well. It has great crust and amazing flavor. Service - I rated this 5 star, though the second visit was less attentive. The restaurant was packed. Not only was the seating inside at capacity, the outdoor patio had a wait time! All things considered, as busy as they were, they did an amazing job at getting to us every 20-25 mins. Atmosphere - the first visit was inside, during the winter. Great place and warm. The second was in the patio and it had a great calm vibe. I hope my experience is equal to others out there. I have never enjoyed a restaurant more than I have at Tarks."

"This place is a gem! I came with family and no expectations and wow was I impressed. The service is amazing, (Arlene was amazing!) such a chill upscale vibe, with outside seating and rooms with quieter seating for those who want it, lovely! The food servings are large. We had spinach artichoke dip to start and it was warm and delish, the Connecticut Blue Point oysters were so lush and tasty! Drinks were well done with mid-high shelf liquor. Main courses were quite large with enough to take home, if we lived here full time we would be back here a lot!! I wish there was a version of this in Miami!"

"This was my first visit at Tark's. It is a nice place and has an elevated casual feel. The staff were very attentive, friendly, and professional. For my appetizer, I ordered the calamari which had a good taste and fried perfectly. I ordered the BBQ short rib for my entrée and it came with mashed potatoes and green beans. It looked really good and had a good taste, but I think it should've been more tender. Others in my party enjoyed the salmon, egg rolls, and chicken wings."
