"I love living here. It’s a very clean place. My neighbors are wonderful. Yes it’s rules everyone has to obey but I rather have rules instead of no rules. I feel safe here with the amount of cameras outside. Just a great and safe environment to live."
"I now love at Bella Vista. It is a nice place to live. Very clean janitorial staff are wonderful. When the snow falls they make sure it's clear. Hallways and lobby always clean. To be an affordable housing very nice. I'm glad I live here."
"Some of the office personnel were very rude in how they addressed prospective tenants. As a new and attractive complex, I was looking forward to applying and possibly living there, but the treatment that I received from some of the staff was condescending and judgmental, and is what made me change my mind about applying altogether. Presentation is everything in my opinion and it only takes one rotten apple to spoil the bunch. In the future, I hope the staff will be more mindful in how they address prospective tenants."
