"Appliances are not working, plumbing is not working. Reported to the management office over 18 days now. No maintenance person ever came. I will keep this posted see how long will it take to fix things here."

"I have been waiting until the end of my lease to write this review because I didn't want them to give me "repercussions". If you are looking for an apartment in Middletown or even Orange County in general, let this place be the LAST resort. I lived here for a year, it started off nice and then got ugly within a month or two. First and foremost my boyfriend had gotten accused of smoking behind the buildings when we know theres no smoking allowed. They said they checked the cameras and it matched his description. The maintenance guy at the time, reviewed the cameras and told us it was a group of people who didn't even live in the complex who were smoking there. Strike one. Secondly, my car got broken into as well as others in the complex. Called the police made a report obviously. The police officer tried to get the security footage and was told one story and the leasing office told me another story so me and the police don’t know what to believe. Then the leasing office said they don’t remember the password to the cameras and they reset every week. But yet they had access to the cameras to accuse my boyfriend?? Make it make sense! Thats strike two. If you want someone constantly in your business brown nosing you, then come on down this is the place for you! They'll harass you in calls yet they won't pick up their own phone when you need something. My dog needed to be neutered and rather than waiting for me to tell them when she was, they decided to constantly call me practically every hour while i'm at WORK, and left a voicemail stating they tried to make an appointment for MY dog on MY behalf but they were unsuccessful because they obviously needed my permission and information. I've never heard of an apartment doing that. In the winter time the heat doesn't stay trapped in and we had to put plastic covering around the windows because there were cracks around that were letting cold wind in. The buildings are disgusting, no one cleans the hallways, there are cockroaches, and of course BEDBUGS. My neighbor had the decency to let us know that she had bedbugs in her apartment and to be careful when we were moving not to drag or let anything touch the floor because the people who came to clean her apartment had dragged bedbug infested furniture through the hall. And the leasing office didn't even notify the building of any warnings. But they'll email you for nonsense. Lastly, in the YEAR i've lived here, they have changed maintenance staff THREE TIMES, and the leasing office staff about FIVE!! So whatever you talked about with one person, the next person doesn't know where you got that information from and it's all he said she said and of course you're deemed wrong. Whatever/whenever you need to talk to them about, make sure its either in writing, email, or recording. If you want an apartment that's actually worth paying $2400+ go somewhere else and make sure it's not owned by Solomon Organization. This complex is as inadequate as the staff and company."

"It was a pleasure being a part of this homey community. Kim and her associates were all professional, courteous, helpful and always friendly with me. Maintenance were super responsive and I never had them visit twice for the same issue. In addition to the community feel of Sterling Parc, the units themselves are well maintained and clean. You'll love the layouts they have to offer for the units. You'll also enjoy Sterling's prime location next to groceries, pharmacies, gas stations and easy access to I-84. Also the complex is very quiet in my experience. I never had any noise complaints in my building. All in all, definitely check out Sterling Parc apartments. You won't be disappointed. Had I not relocated for work I definitely would've stayed here."
