"I have lived here for 7 years before getting a Job Relo. We were the first tenant in the apartment we had. —Management— Our Land Lord was the absolute best. Very helpful, and responsive to all of our inquiries throughout the years. When it comes to inspection time, they communicate through email and text to allow us time to prep for the visit. I saw reviews referring to our landlord as racist. Being a man of color with a multi ethnic family, we never picked up on any of that, and never felt at all as if there is a hint of truth to this claim. Our landlord was courteous, kind, and understanding in all of our interactions. However everyone’s experience is personal, and I will leave it at that. —Price— Rent is competitively priced and the appliances are great. Like everywhere rent continues to rise but at eagles point your not paying any more than you would anywhere else for space in NY. —-Space— Our apartment had a loft and extra storage which came in handy over the years. —Overall Experience— All in all our experience at Eagles point was positive, and it allowed us to raise our family in its infant stage with plenty of room and swag to do so. I would recommend this place to people just getting started with a family or looking to be conveniently located in Middletown which has everything within 5 minutes. Great restaurants, family programs, and the Galleria Mall with the shopping centers."

"Nice place to live, clean, quiet, your neighbors are responsible and respectful. When any appliance or house needed repair it was done immediately and in ample time. You can't ask for a better place to be if you are renting."
