"Yesenia and Wendy have truly been the saving grace for this community. From the beginning, Yesenia has always been very helpful, incredibly responsive and has gone above and beyond to address any issues I’ve had. The most professional and pleasant woman, she really does care about the residents and it shows. Al, from maintenance has been a rockstar. Always comes right out to fix any issues and has a big smile on his face. I’ve had a few issues since moving here, which is to be expected for a new building, but the team has made it worth it. I’m grateful to have these 3 here."

"The Property Mgr. Yesenia is AWESOME. AN The Newest leasing agent Wendy, along with the Maintenance MEN onsite are very much on point responding to your NEEDS in a fast timely fashion an courteous. It's very PEACEFUL AN QUIET. The outer exterior and interior of The Mills @ Riverside is also well lit up with 24 hour circut Camera,Survelliance all around the perimeter that makes you feel SAFE.YES. "Great Place to Live.I have been here for about 18 months, I was the first person to move here. The building was brand new and I can’t say anything negative about this place. I’ve had to call maintenance twice and both times they came right out and fixed the issue. The leasing office has done a phenomenal job at keeping residents informed about any work or maintenance related to the property.YESENIA at the leasing office is the BEST!!!!! Keep up the good work."

"I have been living here for about 6 months now in building D. The apartments themselves are gorgeous and spacious but living here is extremely frustrating. Between the elevator working once in a blue moon and the front door locks always being jammed it’s a nightmare. Overpriced for the location as the train is extremely loud from the apartments. It’s a nice apartment but lacks in almost every other aspect. Management is awful, always making excuses and never has a real answer to any situation."

"Very nice and safe neighborhood - no issue going outside at any time of the night and feel safe - the police dept is right across the street. I did have an issue with trash smelling in my bathroom bc i live right next to the trash shoot but the property manager Yesenia made sure the smell stopped by getting them to install something so it directs the smell out and it worked like a charm. The school system is amazing for anyone who has little ones - and its in walking distance. Will be staying here for a while "
