"I have lived in Valley View Gardens for almost 2 years now. Since June of 2019, we have complained about our roof leaking and animals in our roof. Our wall is ruined and the floors are starting to lift. In the master bed room, the ceiling is caving in, due to the animal's in our ceiling. It is now January of 2020 and nothing has been done. I cannot get in contact with the office manager. She gave us a maintenance slip, told us that she contacted the maintenance guy. Still nothing has been done. Not only are we breathing what looks to be mold but animal feces. Very unprofessional. If something doesn’t get done I will be contacting the department of health. I also have pictures to prove the poor condition of the ceiling."
"Slumlord does not fix anything the bathroom is 60years old, toilet overflows without you being home, you can tap your foot an the entire house shakes never experienced anything like that in my life. Manager is Annoying times a million. One maintenance man that doesn’t know how or will not fix anything with a bad attitude. I could go on an on. Only good thing about the place is it is quiet. Would NOT recommend to anyone!"
