"Please do not stay here. I really would have never expected this hotel to be the way that it was therefore please pay attention to the reviews so that you don’t have to suffer. Very dry customer service. Seems to be owned by a family which means that there will be zero professionalism. The worst part of my stay was finding blood on one towel. There is another review in which someone has stated that they found blood on their bedding. So finding blood here is common? So disgusting and creepy!!!!!!!!!! Second, the stench is unbearable and kind of hard to explain but if I had to I would say it smells like cigarettes, cigars, curry, and body odour. The gentleman at desk service himself smells unhygienic. Lastly, breakfast is pitiful. No vegan milks. But even generally so, it was just so ill stocked and I feel bad for people who stay here because the entire place takes everyone as fools. I feel traumatised after this experience and going to take a few hours to rid this place off me."

"Avoid this dump at all costs. Employees are thieves and steal from guests. Paid in cash for 2 nights and the front desk clerk stole the money then accused us of not paying. Cops were called and video surveillance proved she stole the money. Hotel refused to refund and kicked us out of the hotel. Absolutely horrific service, attitudes, and the place is a total dump."

"The owners and their treatment of guests makes this a place to avoid, period. The other reviews had me terrified to just blindly book. Had I gotten a room online, I could have paid $70, plus $16 in taxes and fees. But I didn't want to be locked in, non-refundable, should it be as awful as the other reviews indicate. I walked in and asked to see a room, please. I was polite, tried to just play it off as a nervous traveler. No dice, they were rude as heck, especially the wife, yelling at her husband in another language, gesturing angrily. I almost walked out but then the man asked me to follow him. I did and he showed me a very decent, clearly recently updated room. It had some issues but overall was completely worth $86. Back up front, I asked if I should go ahead and book online or with him... Often they have a better rate directly, or close to it but with better perks. Ha! This jerk said $120 for that room. If I booked online, it would be a "different room." Different how? Two twin beds. Hmph. Then he says that was just for the weekend and he could probably cut me a little deal, which brought it down to $101.25... And after the two weekend nights, c to check back for a lower rate. The lower rate? $130. His excuse? "Things change." We went to the casino and stayed in a suite for almost that same price, and didn't have to deal with that gross place. Everything is closed, btw. Both pools, hot tub, restaurant, everything. Breakfast is a disgusting joke. Coffee is water and sludge. But most importantly, the owners are horrible people. Oh, and we paid for two nights that first night, and they nearly threw all of our stuff out the next day and said we only paid for one room. We had to pull up bank records to prove otherwise. Shady AF."

"Nice place, great customer service. The room was nice with a few minor issues but absolutely nothing that would deter another visit if we were in the area. Comfortable quiet stay at a very reasonable price."

"I booked this hotel which was 25 mins from the venue that I was going to that night and the opposite direction of home due to the fact that I was told the outdoor pool would be open. I booked this back in late march/early April and the website shows pictures of the outdoor pool with poolside chairs. I get to the hotel and go to walk outside and there’s no water in the pool??? The lady at the front desk says it wasn’t open all year and says it on the website. Isn’t that something that should be told to the customer??? It also did not say that on the website back in the late winter/early spring when I booked it for that purpose. I would have never booked this hotel for almost $300 for one night not to mention an additional 100 dollar security deposit. Absolutely insane. Looks like the place will be closing down soon I’m sure. Beautiful pool with no water in it, bar restaurant was closed. New management likely running it to the ground."
