"I rarely had a problem when I lived there. Lived there for 10 years and rarely had a problem. Very, very quiet. The only thing is that back in October of 2020, me and my then 17 year old daughter had an incident with the downstairs neighbor standing in front of his window with no pants on and pleasuring himself. Went to police and they did nothing. Wrote a letter to management and they did nothing. The only time they do something is when money is involved."

"From the day I spoke to Kelly to inquire about the open condo for rent she has been helpful. Not just helpful, above and beyond! Anytime I had a question she would respond immediately and do all she could to help me. Even at less than optimal times! I’ve witnessed her interact with other tenants and provide assistance to them as quickly as she does for me. I also see people popping in just to say hello because she’s so welcoming and friendly. I see a smile on everyone’s face when they speak with her. Kelly is by far the best property manager I’ve ever come in contact with. I’ve had some bad experiences and she’s made my time here enjoyable and one of the top reasons I’ve renewed my lease."

"I’ve lived here for 3 years. When I first moved in, I thought perhaps (like other places I’ve lived), that management was just being nice to get me in there, but that once I moved in they wouldn’t be as great. I was totally wrong. Sue is amazing. She is a super nice person and very helpful. Maintenance (Mike) is very responsive and nice. The apartment is beautiful. Also, they constantly upgrade the complex and are always doing upkeep. Just a few examples: painted hallways and doors, upgraded the gyms, upgraded the pool area. Very reasonable rent and worth every penny. Also a very safe place and the neighbors are so nice. Very quiet."

"Living at Warren Heights has been a wonderful experience! The moment I met Sue Caflin in the leasing office I knew I wanted to live there. Sue has been nothing short of amazing. She is kind, friendly, helpful, hard working and reliable. Sue has eagerly helped me with anything I needed. She truly cares and makes Warren Heights feel like home. I love my apartment as well. It is large and spacious, and considerably nicer than anything priced similarly. It is very affordable. Their community gym is large and has all the equipment you could want. Maintenance does a wonderful job keeping it clean and there are steam rooms in the men’s and women’s locker rooms! I’ve had an incredible experience living here and would recommend it to anyone!"
