"Just a regular starbucks. Nothing special and not much to complain about on the drink side. As for customer service, I think a lot of the employees there could use a class or two on how to talk to people. This one women in particular, I didn’t catch her name but she had unkept and messily dyed hair. She is almost always rude to my Grandson and I upon entering. We’ve been to this location 5 times now and each time we were greeted nicely by her, but when taken to the register we are met with a very bitter and rude person. She is very passive aggressive with her responses, laughing at my Grandson (who has a speech impediment) for mispronouncing “cappuccino” and turned to one of the other staff members in the back and said “I don’t know why people order drinks they can’t pronounce.” I hope management sees this and fixes this issue and her attitude fast because she is drawing customers away at alarming rates. This location has lost one because they hire rude and ableist employees."
"Drinks are whatever, staff overcomplicate orders. If I want my drink special I would ask. Then when you ask for it to be normal they cop a attitude and try to see if you will leave without a drink if they sit around long enough and watch you. The atmosphere blows by the way. A single black stripe on a wall is not atmosphere. Probably the worst Starbucks in north Virginia and it shows. :)"

"Normally I love this Starbucks but today, after voting, I decided to treat myself to an Apple Crisp Oatmilk Macchiato which tastes like a piece of wonderful apple pie. I'm not sure why the drinks can vary so much because I always thought they were made by basically going off a recipe. Well, this drink was awful. I felt like I was drinking hot oatmilk with nothing in it. I am very disappointed because normally they are exceptional. How can drinks vary so much?"
