"The food is good. I ate at this IHOP many times, but the service never seems to improve. As a former waiter, service is my number one priority to take care of customers and hoping for good tips. There is no refill on water and coffee until we are about to leave. I have to flag the waitress for my bill and bring my bill to the cashier to pay."
"After wait more than 40 minutes for a single omelette it came with plastics. Service was so slow even the place had no more than 5-6 occupied tables. Always have issues at this location and definitely is the last time I come here"
"The food is mediocre. The service was too slow. We paid by credit card, but the waitresses forgot to give it back to us. We had to go back and asked if they had my card and they did! What an inconvenient!"
"Glad that they have a separate HALAL Menu in Ramadan. Food is good but don’t expect something amazing. The server was nice and gentle but he was struggling with so many customers in one time to keep up everyone’s order. The store need to have few more servers specifically in weekend for busy time. Overall it was one time experience for Halal options."
"Got the classic French toast, side of 2 scrambled eggs and a chocolate milk. The eggs were ok, nothing special. The French toast was really huge. 2 pieces were more than enough. Only issue was they were supposed to be cinnamon French toast, but tasted like they were ginger French toast, which I don't care for. Service was great, though. The waitress was attentive, but not overly so and had good timing for checking on me. The restaurant was very warm. Probably because the average age of folks in there was about 70."
