"I ordered a chicken noodle soup and when I got home this other type of soup was on the bag. I called and the manager said he would send me a gift certificate for soup. He should’ve refunded my money."

"We went through the drive through tonight. They did not include a chick fil a sandwich that we ordered, they forgot a fork for my salad, they gave us sweet tea when we asked for unsweet tea and they only gave us 3 chick fil a sauces for 4 orders when we all asked for sauce. We left and don’t have enough time to go back. It was very disappointing! The gentleman taking our order was correct, our receipt was correct, but the order we received was not. We will NOT be returning to this location and would advise others to avoid this chick fil a as well."

"They seemed a bit understaff. I had ordered my meal today around 2pm and a young lady forgot my drinks. Although, a young man was there taking care of all the customers, as packed as it was, and was able to attend to me. Did not get to get his name but he was wearing a blue hat, pretty tall with blue sweater. He worked great under pressure and stress and I appreciate the care and customer service. My food was great. Thank you guys!"

"This is the WORST Chick-fil-A I’ve ever ordered from, staff is disgusting and my salad had a hair in it, first they gave me no sauce with the salad or sauce for my fries, I was being nice n ordered some nuggets and called to tell them I got no salad sauce and if they could send it with my new order, sat and waited just for them to not send the sauce still!! THE MOST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE n I’ve been to plenty of states and had Chick-fil-A. I called them about it and the man on the phone had a terrible attitude and said he can’t do nothing about it, I will never order Chick-fil-A again, they ruined it for me"

"Terrible Chic-fil-A. I’m going back to Largo where I’m treated like a customer. 1 star because the lemonade was good. This location has been open probably a little more than a month and we are already off to a bad start. Service 1 star because they have two lanes for drive-thru and ONE worker bouncing between the two lines. Then even though I was waiting longer, the customer on the right drive-thru was mad because he drove right up on his line and no one was there to place his order, so he essentially cut me and the car before me even though he came after us, but picked the empty line. I ordered the #4 3-count tenders with a large fry and medium lemonade no ice. Please see the picture of the large fries that I received and determine if this is a large fries or a small. Also, after receiving little to no fries they were cold. The chicken tenders were also cold. Before I left the location I asked for 5 honey mustard sauces. I was only given 2 and was told that their location only gave two sauces per MEAL. I don’t use ketchup for my fries, I use honey mustard. How can two sauces be used for an entire meal, especially when the app allows you the max of 5, which is reasonable. This restaurant is 2 minutes from my home (so proves my point about cold fries-I wasn’t in the car long enough for them to get cold, if that’s what you were thinking), but from now on I will go to Largo which is about 10 minutes. Just on principle. I also have a friend who experienced the same issue with cold fries at this location. They need to bring their training staff back for help. Not my first time here waiting for longer than normal periods for Chic-fil-A. Maybe I won’t get gyped with my food because upper management will have a watchful eye."
