"The one star I am giving is generous. I went by myself to return the unopened Cronus Zen that my husband purchased only 8 days ago. I had my receipt and the unopened box. The associate working tonight told me that he would not be able to refund the money because GameStop has a 7 day return policy but that he could give me a store credit. When I tried to tell him the return policy printed at the bottom of the receipt states unopened software and hardware are returnable within 30 days of purchase and that I was well in the return window and the box was unopened the associate began to point to the return policy that was posted on the counter. After reading that return policy posted on the counter I was still within the 15 day return window and my husband is a Pro member which allows a 30 day return window of new unopened software and hardware.The associate even acknowledged my husband was a pro member but he was told by his supervisor that any returns after 7 days must get a store credit. I left and my husband came back with me and while driving back to GameStop we called customer service to confirm the return policy and confirm that we could get our money back. We did eventually get our money back after going back and forth with the associate. GameStop needs to retrain their employees on the return policies because clearly that employee had no idea what he was doing and just made up his own return policy."

THEY PICK AND CHOOSE WHAT THEY WANT TO GIVE YOU A DISCOUNT ON AND NOW ......HAS "NEW RESTRICTED RULES" TO EVEN GIVING THAT 10% MILITARY DISCOUNT NOW ! Lowe's has EVERYTHING in STOCK with the SAME VARIETY and SIMILAR SELECTIONS as Home Depot ! SO YOU CAN PURCHASE MORE IN ONE PLACE AND PAY LESS !! WE'VE SAVED OVER $600 in SIMILAR ITEM PURCHASES ALONE AND COUNTING ! "WITHOUT" the military discount ! SO REGARDLESS, IT'S A WIN-WIN SITUATION EITHER WAY ! SO YOU CAN'T ARGUE WITH THAT :) between JUST a FEW in the IMMEDIATE area ,we were able to get EVERYTHING we needed for ALL OF OUR PRESENT remodeling projects ! :) some of it YOU CAN ACTUALLY SEE IN THE PICS included ! like the 30 boxes of vinyl flooring equaling 600 LBS in the back of our van ! ,The brand new double interior door set on top of the van along with the new 36-in sliding barn door inside on top of all the other materials in the back ,as well as many other miscellaneous needs for our remodeling projects :) this isn't our first trip and it WON'T be our last !
