"This is the worst Walmart in Baltimore County! I placed an order on line Friday for delivery scheduled for Sunday. Today is Tuesday and I still haven’t received my order. They’re putting it on the little bit of snow we had. That’s not an acceptable reason to be over 3 days late. They don’t answer the phone and put you on hold for long periods of time. Don’t use their online service and want my money back for Walmart + it’s a joke"

"Don't ever pick this location for app orders. Pickup or delivery. They just straight up don't ever deliver your order. Tried two days in a row, but was told my order is delayed. Just to be told I need to reschedule or cancel. Here on day 3 for pickup and been waiting over 30 minutes for my pickup order that's been "ready" for over an hour. This location is cooked."

"Absolutely awful. I've been sitting here for over two hours waiting on a delivery order. The employees aren't assisting people place orders in their cars, are moving as if they hope to do little work during their shift. Clearly this Wal-Mart is poorly managed, understaffed, and has zero work ethic from its employees. Uber and other delivery sites should not allow deliveries from this location"

"Door staff is getting aggressive with the receipt checking lately, creating backups at the exits. I've had employees shout at me for not stopping, and seen long backups to exit one door with nosy staff snooping on carts while the other exit runs smoothly with no one being molested on their way out off the store. Aggressive and inconsistent - it's a mess."

"This Wal Mart, you can tell that the management team seems to be working well with their staff and giving great customer service. The store was well lit clean and well stock. When was the last time you were at a Wal Mart, and the staff seemed welcoming to assist you in your shopping experience GOOD WORK!!! The only drawback that I had was that they didn't have any self check outs They only had small items ten or less, line"
