"This place was my always go to place as it was always neat put together and easily to move around in the store.But now it's crowded, things thrown around in the store ,boxes in the walk way shelves so close together feels like a maze sometimes to get out.Now I don't mind when the employees talk while you work but to have a full blown conversation about your personal life loud so all can hear is unacceptable they make the customers wait until they finish their conversation to ring you up. I have taken my time and shopping somewhere else once was a fan fave store of mines but won't be back until the store was once what it was. Update: I have been back to this location and the store is clean no boxes in the aisle and the manager on-site she's a gem to the store she gets it done now this is how I remember Dollar General.: Update the store Manager at tge Dundulk Merritt Blvd she is great she came in got that store together and guess what?, Yup you guessed right I am back and if they let her go as she work's hard too maintain that store then I am gone like the wind and won't return."

"They must have to switched staff, because there was one male in the store who was scareing me and was yelling at customers. I don't think it's a good idea to employ people who allow another customer to frighten others in such a way. I felt like I was going to be robbed whilst getting into my car."

"I love this store n mainly because of one their employees..Ms.Raina (not sure if spelling)..she always has a smile n greets people...look forward to seeing her everytime I go in..she is a true example of what customer service should be...and that is hard to come by these days...really makes a difference when an establishment has good employees.."

"It doesn’t make no sense they literally will have 5 people in there working, one on the register, & a line all the way to the door. Every single time never fails. & the people they hire are the most unhelpful when it comes to questions. Half of their d*** items are kept in the back so customers can’t see. If you want something specific you know they sale ask them to go get it, don’t look on the shelves they’re empty half the time anyways"
