"I've been here 3 years. Our apartment is clean, no pests at all. Any time I've had any issues, they've come to handle them the same day. My only complaint is that the mailboxes don't lock, the locks are all broken, so the mail isn't secure, and that the office is only open limited hours"

"I've rented off of him B4 and he is a no nonsense landlord. No smoking is allowed. He keeps his rentals up to date. He actually has a maintenance crew that work which seems to be nonstop LOL The units are nice though"

"The apartments are built cheaply so bad they have cracks and uneven doorframes for the cold/warm air to come in or bugs. Overpriced and landlord doesn’t perform duties. Purposely burnt down 2nd ave. and no one can sue do to his connections in this small town. Woodburner connected to the building. He collected the money and ran…warning!!!!"

"I have not personally rented from Ron however many of my family has rented from him and while he may sometimes be hard to deal with they say he is an all around good guy."

"When I did not get my deposit back from Ron Corcetti, I was sure there was a mistake. But, no, I was appalled to find out from other past renters that cheating people out of their deposits is standard practice for him. He basically uses the deposits to pay for the upkeep on his places, charging departing tenants for the normal painting and updating the place might require for the next tenant. Since I have been asking around, it turns out that no one has a good word to say about him, calling him a liar, a crook, and much worse. I wish I would have asked around before I made the mistake of renting off of him. I will never make that mistake again and I strongly discourage anyone from ever doing business with Ron Corcetti."
