"Cleanliness is a big part of a hotel stay I’m shocked this Hampton Inn was not properly cleaned the microwave was filthy cheese and pizza sauce left in it had to call maid to clean it the rugs were not vacuumed near beds on bed spread what looked to appear as someone wiped their butt hair in tub just completely a turn off and I will be traveling to this town for the next several months and will definitely not return to this hotel your cleaning staff is not doing their jobs the elevators should be wiped down those doors should be shining I’ve cleaned before and this to me is just workers that are cutting corners not paying attention to detail not a good reflection on Hampton Inn’s reputation"

"We called the front desk from the road. It was about halfway between our MI home and our NJ destination. I always call because we travel with a dog and sometimes there’s not accurate pet friendly information online. When we got there we were greeted by Jason. He was the person I had spoken to earlier, and was just as friendly in person! Our dog was welcomed, our room was clean and comfortable, and we were offered a discount at a local restaurant by Jason! If you need a pleasant place to stay in western PA, give this Hampton Inn a try-and say hello to Jason for us!"

"Room decorations were a bit sparse and room a/c controlled only from wall thermostat. We wanted cool, fresh air but could not get it. Room seemed stuffy. Other Hampton Inns were better."

"What a pleasure to find this hotel. I stayed for 3 nights and it was a relief to find a hotel that was staffed, clean, and very friendly. The front desk staff that checked in my group and me were quick and flawless. My room at the end of the hall was clean and open. The hotel WIFI is easy to connect to and very fast. The TV's are new and you can link your phones to them for unlimited viewing options. The bed is right in the middle of firm and soft. The pillows were a little limp, and had to use all 4 just for some support. The large walk in shower was a nice upgrade and it came with plenty of pressure and hot water. The in room fridge and microwave certainly make life in a hotel a little nicer too. Breakfast was very well stocked, and the women working it was SO friendly. Overall this was a very pleasant stay and I look forward to my return trip."
