Quality Inn

"Booked a stay here for Groundhog Day. Front desk service was good. Unfortunately upon getting to our room, we immediately felt ill at ease. The bathroom wasn't properly cleaned. There was a visible staining on the sink, mirror and toilet along with a nauseating smell. Upon stripping the bed, we noticed stains on the comforter and sheets. The comforter was torn to shreds at the bottom. There were crumbs, a toenail clipping, and a water bottle cap on the floor. It was evident the linens were not fresh, the floor was not vacuumed. We immediately got a refund and booked a stay at a neighboring hotel (microtel - highly recommend as an alternative). You'd feel more comfortable sleeping in your car than this establishment."

"Every time we stay it's wonderful!! Scott and Jeanette at the front desk are always very friendly and go above and beyond to help everybody that stays there. Whenever we come to Clarion, this is the only hotel we will ever stay at! The last time we stayed I could not sleep. And my man had drove truck all night and he was tired so I came down and sat in the lobby and jeanette was very nice and when she wasn't busy she would talk to me. Me not sleeping is usually pretty boring when I am wide awake and everybody else is sleeping. But she made sure I had somebody to talk to when she was not busy. The prices are great. Last weekend we were down and we walked over to Burger King with my four-year-old granddaughter and left my dog in the room, and he started barking and of course Scott called us.. And I walked back over to see what was going on and of course, I think a lot of it was separation anxiety and he didn't have enough time to unwind before we went and got something to eat. Because once I got back. He was perfectly fine and he did not bark the rest of the night. I do believe if we would have stayed there with him a little bit longer before leaving the get something to eat for my granddaughter. He would have been fine.. But I also thought just going over to burger king he would be okay.. Scott was not rude about it whatsoever. We talked about it and between him and me and my man, that's what we pretty much thought. It was a separation anxiety and he didn't have enough time to unwind."

"On my way to my daughter's in NJ we stopped for the night here. I chose this place because I have the Choice membership. We had two dogs with us so when we checked in I asked if they were pet friendly with an affirmative response. They put us in a ground floor room which was great. The room was horrible! We put sheets we brought so the pups wouldn't make contact with the floor. The room was dirty and many of the amenities didn't work in particular the HVAC unit. I could/should have called the office when we figured it wasn't working, but didn't want to spend the night either waiting for repairs or switching rooms. On the plus side the pillows were nice and the rest room was clean. The only redeeming quality of our stay was that the breakfast was far better than expected. Well maintained and Quality items. I avoided returning on our trip back. Sorry Choice Hotels but this was a bad experience. Don't put people in your worst room because they have pets."
