"DO NOT rent off of them. They do not come & fix things. My toilet was broken, causing a leak & my utility (water) bill to be hundreds of dollars over. Not only did they not fix it, they also didn’t fix the leak in my INFANT sons room in his ceiling, that turned into black mold. I had to give my 30 days because of the mold and outstanding bills due to the leak. Than they tried to sue me for money owed (the last months rent, I used to pay my water bill because they never came to fix the leaky toilet, after I contacted them 3 times)."

"I rented from Marsh for nearly two years. The property was the nicest place I've ever lived. When I vacated the property, I left the place cleaner than I found it and 100 percent of my security deposit was returned within 30 days. I also read the lease in it's entirety and followed the terms to the letter. I had no major issues with the building for the two years I rented from Marsh."

"I rented with Marsh for a long time. Whenever there was a problem, they would always come out to help, regardless of the time of day. Rent price was reasonable and when it was time for me to leave my apartment for something new, they fully reimbursed me of my deposit. I would rent from Marsh again. :)"

"The absolute worst of the worst customer service. I have called multiple times to get information on an apartment for rent for my mom. She has Also called multiple times and we have both left messages every time. Still no one answered or has called back. They are missing out on a quiet long time renter with references from other landlords. When she moves the few times she has they will all say the Same thing she has left the place better than she got it, pays early And had been with them 5 years or more. Why put up a sign for rent and not return phone calls for weeks....? Even if they call me tomorrow I wouldn't rent from them and I wouldn't let my mom rent from them even if it was 5.00 a month everything included. There's a reason every few months this place is back up for rent and the reason is this company is horrible!!!!!! Extremely disappointed this would have been a great location for her a few houses down from her granddaughter and her son."
