"I loved living here, the neighbors and apt complex manager were all very friendly. I lived on floor three and had no inconsiderate neighbors. Very clean and well maintained. Halls and shared areas might need some updating, but really liked calling Shadow Run home for the time I was there :)"

"For the price it’s a good place to live however, it has its flaws. I live on the first floor and the people above me are very loud and inconsiderate. Hammering and banging on walls/stomping around at 10pm at night. My next door neighbor I’m 90% sure smokes in his apartment. Which then seeps through my walls and I get to smell everyday. (you can especially smell the smoke in the bathroom) I don’t pay rent to smell cigarette smoke 24/7."

"Lived here for a little over a year. Moved out of my first apartment because of a noisy neighbor, so I am here until May. The apartment manager John is nice enough to put up with my multiple complaints and let me move apartments without having to pay a new security deposit so he’s cool. As far as the actual apartment goes, the studio is nice and comfy. The walls here however, are wayyy too thin. All I hear all night long is my neighbor who never stops talking as loud as he can. The neighbors have no consideration for one another for the most part. I will never live in another apartment. It’s a house from here on out for me. (Pro-tip, if it’s not in the summer and you can’t run your AC unit to drown out noise, run your microwave fan. It works for the most part)"

"I have lived here almost a full year and I have had the greatest experience every step of the way. John has been such a great help with every little need/concern of mine and they definitely care about every single resident. This is my very first apartment and I was completely new to the whole situation but I couldn’t have asked for anything better!"

"I moved in here about a month ago and really love it here. It's really quiet, I feel safe, it's clean!! Many of the people I meet have lived here years on end and I can see why. I have one of the studio apartments, it a cute, cozy place and space is used efficiently and I have ample storage for my things. It has a good feel to it here, I think it's a perfect place to call home! My dad lived here back in 1979/1980 and I always thought his little apartment was really cute, my brother lived here in the mid 90's for a short time and I felt the same way about it still so it seemed to make sense this is the first place I thought to look into when I was moving back from Florida! Really happy with my choice to select Shadow Run as my home! Might I add that there are TONS of places nearby within walking distance. 4 pizza places that I counted, grocery stores, library, post office, just about anything you could need within less than a 1/2 mile away!"
