"Horrendous experience at this apartment complex. The management is utterly incompetent, ignoring issues and displaying a complete lack of professionalism, but the moment it comes to being able to fine somebody or make money off of them then they care. To the simple fact that they were overheard talking about other residents in a bad light. The rent is exorbitant for the pitiful service provided. They deceitfully misled about garage prices as well, manipulating residents into paying unjustified amounts. There were persistent electric issues endured for six months, with no attempt at proper maintenance. Moreover, the building's cleanliness was appalling. It reeked of wet dog and pee due to the neglect of the dog bath area, and the promised upkeep was nowhere to be seen. This place is a complete disaster and not worth a penny of the inflated rent they demand. This is just a small amount of what we dealt with in the year that we lived there."

"The maintenance man came to change a hvac filter because I noticed excessive dust in my apartment. I watched him install the filter but never took an old filter out. Apparently there was no filter in the hvac system and now I spent a month with hours of cleaning and dusting, not to mention unclean air for no reason. How can you not check to see if the filter is clean or even there before renting a $1500 a month apartment? I am editing this review I have been here for 3 months now and I must say the apartment building is disgusting. I have pictures of dog feces in two different occasions the hallways are never cleaned the entrance way is disgusting they will not give you more than one key unless you pay a $75 fee. So I cannot even have family over to stay and if they do they're not able to leave and lock behind them they do offer for $100 per night a separate room to rent. Which now I understand why. The family upstairs has a little child that's constantly running around at 3 and 4:00 in the morning you can hear it loud I've complained but they do nothing about it. To rent a garage is $150 per month. Which is added to your lease so you cannot change your mind once you least a garage. The back door on the balcony leaks every time we have heavy rains inside the house. A place this expensive should have more housekeeping and much cleaner environment. The stairwells are disgusting and full of animal hair. I am allergic to dogs and every time I walk into the building I get an allergy attack. The neighbor upstairs and to the right of me has a dog that is constantly barking outside on the balcony I have complained three times and they do nothing about it. There is nothing luxurious about this complex. Do not waste your money. You can rent a 2 or 3 bedroom house for the same money. I've been living here now for 5 months and it's been nothing but hell the hallways are still nasty, I get an asthma attack every time I step out into the hallway they have not been swept but once since I've been here. And now they're trying to get me to purchase their liability insurance even though I showed proof of my liability insurance also known as renters insurance when I moved in. I paid for 1 years worth of liability insurance with my company and gave them the proof. Now they are saying that if I do not opt out I will be charged almost $15 a month for their liability insurance. This place is a scam people move in and out all the time. I will keep updating as I go I am definitely not renewing my lease"

"Super weird experience here - toured with my husband with an amazing leasing agent who showed us a unit we loved at a $1400 price point. Reached out via email as instructed and got replies from Sara for a couple of days. I was unimpressed when she quoted me $1562 for the same unit - but, we really liked it, so I wanted to move forward. Then, we ran into a snag because our move in date was a few weeks away, and Sara just stopped replying. Fast forward two weeks - I've called at least five times and left messages on their leasing line, emailed three times - no one has responded to anything. However, it seems like they do a great job of replying to Google reviews, so maybe I'll get a reply now. Ha. All in all - the property was beautiful, backing up to a gorgeous lake, and leasing staff were incredibly kind to us while we were there. I just literally do not know what to do when they won't talk to me."

"The place is filthy for the amount of money you spend. Our hallway looks like someones dog had an accident and it was smeared through the carpet and has been left for over a month, the doors to all entrances are filthy, the stairs are covered in dog hair and other debris. DO BETTER"

"Ridiculous. My partner and I decided to apply for this apartment back in July, because we had to be up here by August. However, they did not have any units available that we needed on time, so we decided to not go forward with the application. My partner and I paid for our application at the same time, but they processed my payment and did not process his. I do not understand this part either, because if we both paid, then you process both ends. They wanted to say that his portion did not go through, but we both checked for sufficient funds and the payment was only $125 anyway. Because we decided to not go forward, I asked for a refund of my payment, and the office lady had said they can only refund the security deposit and that it will be mailed in 45 days. I said that was fine, even though I didn't understand why they would take the admin fee since we never went through with our application, meaning no work was done on their end. I wait 45 days, still nothing in my mail. I called today and now the office lady is saying they waived some fees and I actually owe them $50? Make it make sense. 2 months ago, they say my refund will be in the mail, now that 2 months passed, they're trying to take more money? Just wow. She argued that they DID process the application. How did you now process the application if you said you couldn't process the application because of "insufficient funds" 2 months ago? If you wanted to rob people, then just say that. Don't try to scam these people with lies and making people wait and hope they'll forget."
