"My mother hired Home Depot to replace her carpets… they subcontracted through this company and what a nightmare! It started with a gentleman who showed up late, refused to move the furniture which was clearly stated in the contract was part of their service. He pulled one side of the carpet and saw damage, said he’d be back in 5 and just disappeared. (Which in all reality the man from Home Depot who did the measuring, should have checked before sending the sub contractors) The contractors seem to have no zero experience and brought his wife with him to work… He tried having her help and she had NO idea what she was doing. My mother asked them to remove the trims before pulling them up, he refused and broke the trims and the nails tore wood planks up out of the floor, walked all over the new material with filthy shoes and ruined it, then left the carpet in the pouring rain when the contract said it was their job to remove it. When speaking to the “manager” he was extremely rude and condescending… would NOT recommend this company to anyone!!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE…."
"Avoid this “Home Depot” contractors, they will waste your time and material. Two weeks I am waiting for my hardwood floor and plywood."
