"One of the worst places, thank goodness I’m healthy. I came it and request a specific test and Dr. Neil C Blumenthal, MD & Medical Assistant Florinda assisted me but did not run the correct test I ordered. Dr. Neil C Blumenthal, MD Decided to run his own test that I did not request and had to wait two weeks for a response that would normally only take 1 day. The staff and nurses was extremely rude I went to the Bartonsville office and one fat staff receptionist told me I need to go to the Easton office just to get copies of my results even though it’s the same office. I told the large staff member the Doctor said I can visit this office because I live closer and I’m only getting copies of the results why can’t I come here. This later called me on my personal phone to argue with me about who took my test and telling me I should go to the Easton office even though it’s the same company and same doctor. I was is disbelief. The staff is incompetent and slow. They kept telling me the results were already resulted but when I called Labcorp they said it hasn’t been ran or tested yet. I’m shocked at all of this, the doctor is so rude he sent a RN Andrea to discuss things with me. Not, one time the doctor called and informed me he ran didn’t test to the lab because of his own suspicions and didn’t apologize this is crazy. I have to call my insurance company and make sure I wasn’t over charged for all of the extra test the doctor decided to take without my consent."

"Overall the hospital is nice front desk easy check in. Just had bad experience twice with a doctor at this particular Lehigh valley hospital I go to the endocrinology and have been violated twice by the same doctor by lifting up my shirt and him touching my breast just wondering if anybody else has experienced this by one doctor you can contact me on Facebook"

"Our experience at this location was met with a courteous and professional staff. We scheduled an annual physical for our son who plays sports and the wait time was very minimal. The location interior was well maintained, clean and very nicely furnished with plenty of seating in the waiting areas. The physician we met was very thorough and pleasant."

"When I looked this health center up online, it said that there would only be a 6-minute wait to see a doctor. But when my husband got there, he was quickly ushered into an examination room, and then was left there all alone for OVER AN HOUR. To top it off, there was NO doctor available -- only a Physician's Assistant. My husband had a severe case of pinkeye and was in terrible pain, but he had to twist the PA's arm to get her to prescribe a medicated eye drop to help him. She didn't even want to do that much. My husband and I have had some wonderful experiences at Lehigh Valley Health Centers in the past, but having to wait well over an hour to be seen is totally unacceptable. We wanted to let others know."
