"I called and stopped by yesterday for a mirror boots shine. It usually takes me 1 hour, and it is not even that good, that is why I wanted a "professional" to do it for me. He said that he needs 15 min, and I instantly knew that this will be a mistake, but I was on a rush and tried to give him the benefit of the doubt. He charge me $20 so he can use a machine and polish you can buy from Amazon. I am very disappointed, and I will not recommend this place for mirror boots shine."

The owner brought back to life a pair of Adidas leather all stars for me. Any safety gear you need for work they have. Most recently they did an alteration to my Loungefly bag. Turned out beautiful."
"I have been coming here for a few years now to have my shoes repaired. I love their customer service and craftsmanship. They do a fantastic job adding the guard on the sole of shoes and replacing the rubber on the heel. I have taken shoes such as my Louboutin, Prada, YSL, Miu Miu, Chanel, and Valentino's there. Their rubber heel replacement lasts longer than the ones the shoes come with. Also, when ever I take any pair of boots they do an amazing job polishing them up like brand new. I HIGHLY recommend them. They have an awesome & friendly staff as well!"

The woman I dealt with was very professional and kind enough to replace a zipper in the sleeve of my jacket at no additional cost as well as call me later to ensure I was satisfied with the work that had been done. It's very apparent that they take pride in the work they do and I would gladly travel the distance to their store twice over for the talented and quality service they performed the next time I need a repair."
