"Was surprised nobody offered to help load my flat with 10 bags of mulch, also surprised the guy blocking the aisle (with a tow motor)once I had it loaded didnt move. So I had to navigate all that weight around him as he sat and watched, and talked with another employee. Once I reached the check out, there was only one very over worked employee and a line of people stretched in front of me, and eventually behind me. She called for help but nobody came, at least while I was there. But she was pleasant, bless her heart. Nobody offered to load my vehicle either. So if you plan on shopping there for heavy stuff these days. Bring some muscle. This old girl barely made it."

"Over the years the staff has been basically a rollercoaster. The Lowe’s pro staff has a holier then thou attitude. 99% of the time I go in there(about 4 times a week), they area always doing absolutely nothing. Maybe I’m judging to much but as a business owner, my preference is Home Depot. Easier to navigate and staff is super down to earth. Lowe’s has turned into a micro Walmart, which I’m not saying is a bad thing just an observation. So all in all, my main complaint would be staff with the exception of Estuardo and Mark! Most amazing employees Lowe’s has to offer trust me"
