"My wife and I purchased a vacuum cleaner from here a few years ago. Our salesman was Mike Dua. Mike took time with us showing the vacuuming quality of several machines covering a range of prices. Mike was professional, informative and enthusiastic. Mike never pressured us into purchasing any machine, nor did he make us feel uncomfortable in any way.
