"The drip coffee was as expected, and the register experience was a positive. The actual baristas served up a bad attitude and lack of any kind of service. You made the drink incorrectly and were asked to fix it, not spout off. It was again made incorrectly, so they had a meltdown."

"This is the most inept, dysfunctional excuse for a coffee shop I have ever had the displeasure of stepping foot into, and Starbucks corporate should be embarrassed by its existence. It took 45 minutes to get a coffee today - one that I ordered on mobile, only to find that they were making orders AFTER I ordered mine prior to making mine because they were cafe orders. I asked if it would be faster if I canceled mine and ordered in person because there was no line, and I was told yes, definitely, and that it would be 5 minutes with only four drinks ahead of mine. After 10 minutes, the barista had made five OTHER drinks before mine (remember, I was told it was only four), she told me it would be another TEN minute wait. At this point, drinks from the time I placed the mobile order had started coming out - yet I had been told to cancel mine. So, I had now been waiting in the cafe for 20 minutes, my order had been placed 10 minutes prior to that - a total of 30 minutes - and I still had to wait for them to make mine, WHICH they only did because I had to start yelling in public about how they had lied to me about timing, order, AND priority, and were essentially holding me captive since I’d already paid on mobile, been refunded, paid in person, and the line at this point was nearly out the door to get another refund, after waiting 40 minutes?! This is EVERY DAY at this location. Every day, either the machines are broken or the people are. You can’t blame the rush either - I’ve been to numerous Starbucks in much more populated areas (Manhattan, Seattle) that run a lot more effectively and efficiently than this. Save your money, time, and sanity, and just go to The Grounds coffee shop, or the much-more-efficiently run Starbucks off of Route 17. This place deserves to be closed down forever."

"I’ve been coming here for years now the night time crew are awesome. Ariel, tj, Jeremiah, Alexis, just to name a few also Steven and basically the whole night crew are the only reason I still come to this Starbucks! They’re courteous, respectful, and make the best drinks!"

"I've been to this Starbucks many times.. Don't order from here, pick a different location- all the drinks taste off, and after waiting 30 minutes for a drink like cold brew.. It's just not worth it. The employees are constantly rushing to finish endless streams of drinks so the finished products aren't quality. Sorry to the workers, because they are usually nice."
