"Disgusting staff. I was met with an attitude at the drive thru about why the breakfast menu was up. She said “it’s paper”. Maybe y’all should upgrade to electronic lmfao. And the little girl was lucky I didn’t have time to come inside and check her temp!! I may go back though :)"

"Worst McDonald’s ever!!! I placed a mobile order, once I got there to pick it up I noticed she didn’t hand me my ice cream cone. I asked where’s the ice cream cone and was told I didn’t order it . One lady at the window says “I’m not giving you nothing” as I showed her the receipt in my email and on my phone. Asked for a manager she asked for my receipt which I explained it didn’t show on the paper receipt but I have proof, she was also rude. A younger gentleman came and said the ice cream was on a mobile order but didn’t show when the receipt printed out. The ladies were still rude even shoved my ice cream aggressively out the window. I understand there was an issue but that was not my fault and the way they treated me was ridiculous. Held the line up for 10 minutes for something that I had proof I paid for. Poor poor management!!!"
"August 17th around 11:40am The cashier was so rude, I told her I was going to order my drink online and when I told her that the drink she left sitting there was for me, she refused to give it to me and flat out said no. Then she continued to argue saying it wasn't mine even after I told her I was going to order it online and even after I told her the order number she refused to give it to me, then she checked the order and realized it was mine. She should've asked for the mobile order number to verify instead of arguing and instead of standing there continuing to argue after I told her the mobile order number she should've checked. It was extremely unprofessional and she should be written up and taught how to speak to customers because how she handled that was not ok at all. I honestly would give zero if I could also My fries were supposed to be fresh but they were soggy. Overall this McDonald's sucks."
"It's one of the older style McDonald's but I have no issue with it. No kiosks either but plenty of room, nice staff in my opinion, good service, and all standard fare stuff. The area is a bit iffy so some people in and around are weird but not an issue."
