"So, someone invited me for coffee at The Big Bean and omgoodness! I let Cara know that it was my first time there and asked how good the Breakfast cookie was; I'm not a big coffee drinker, so I needed something with it. She told me that it was their best seller. She let me have both the coffee and cookie on the house because it was my first time: amazing customer service - check! I made my coffee, sat down at the counter at the window, prayed over my cookie and began to eat... Well, Honey!!! I understand why it's the best seller. It was amazing! I should have bought a dozen more but it's the kind of cookie, that if you buy a dozen, no matter how close you live or work to The Big Bean, you're not walking into your home or office with any left. After my meeting, I walked to my car but had to turn around to tell the staff, Cara, thank you. I will be back. I'm now a fan. Good coffee, great cookies, and wonderful staff, that's how you do business!"
"They have the best Nitro cold brew and the most delicious gluten free Bars. It's pricey, but it's worth it because it's right on the B&A trail, and I only ride for coffee(shops)."
"Love big bean. They recently changed the Severna Park location and now have a bar top by the front window and brought back self serve drip coffee and changed up their floor plan. Ive been a starbucks fan for years but not anymore. I even buy the big bean blend to brew at home. Greg and Kristy are amazing and very involved and take care of their employees and customers with love"
