"Not worth the money or time. Ordered pickup and the quality and quantity were awful. I tried the new Mango Chicken bowl, you got about two miniscule chunks of mango. None of the other toppings were present either. The bowl looked like it was half full. The four pieces of lettuce there were wilted and soggy. Wouldn't be surprised if I get food poisoning."
"Absolutely a complete waste of money. I ordered three crunchy tacos with extra ground beef and cheese at 4:30 in the afternoon. The ground beef looked like it was cooked prior to opening. It was incredibly dry and old. There was no extra beef there was barely any beef on one of the tacos. And you could tell the taco shells have been sitting out all day. Once I got to my car and actually looked at the food I didn't even take a bite of it I just threw it out. I will never go to this one again."
"This location falsely advertises an open time of 10:30am. Most often, one can arrive here as late as 10:50am but the entrance remains locked. This was not a one time incident. It is very frustrating because I have a 45 minute lunch break from 10:30am to 11:15am and I would like to get a quick burrito to go and enjoy it. Since this location never opens up at 10:30am I have to scoot over to Harris Teeter to scramble to buy something else and shovel it down quickly. Either open up at 10:30am as advertised or be honest and clearly list 11am as the open time. This location is frustrating. The food is good but the morning open up time is reliably late, which prevents me from eating here."
