"So, the customer service is nice. However, the drinks are not good. I got a large iced matcha latte. And it’s brown and tastes like coffee was added to the drink, mixed with matcha, it’s a horrible taste. Or their matcha isn’t fresh. Any other Dunkin’ I’ve been too the matcha latte is bright and tasted fresh. This drink was horrible."

"Very disappointed in this place used to love it there. Their service has went downhill. My husband went there to get me a frozen coffee and first they give him a wrong order of an iced coffee. Then he showed them receipt and said it was a frozen caramel coffee. And then They went to get the right order and still made it wrong. My husband did not know by looking at it. It was pure white not a drop of coffee in it. This was just a waste. And I so wanted one cuz I had surgery today and I was looking forward to it. Hope I can post a picture of it."
