"Do NOT ORDER ONLINE!!!!! THEY WILL CHARGE YOUR CARD AND SHOW THAT IT'S BEEN DELIVERED BEFORE YOU'VE RECEIVED IT. THE MANAGER WOULD NOT TAKE OUR CALL AND THE PEOPLE ANSWERING THE PHONE REFUSED TO TELL HER THAT WE HAD A PROBLEM!!!! INSTEAD OF CALLING US BACK AS PROMISED (TWICE) THEY FINALLY SENT THE DRIVER OUT. They're food is good but the people don't care once they have your $$$.. Surprisingly, the food showed up within about 5 minutes of raising hell on the phone!! 20 minutes AFTER OUR ORDER SHOWED DELIVERED!!! By the way, we live within walking distance but we had a very long day at work, it was our anniversary and so we decided to opt for delivery instead of picking it up. NEVER AGAIN!!! Look at the shrimp and broccoli picture I posted. It's a little disappointing. If you order from here, go pick it up. Like I said before, THE FOOD IS GOOD, but the customer service is non-existent."

"HORRIBLE ONLINE ORDERING SERVICE. They quote 30 minutes, the order shows up after 90 minutes! During that time, I called the restaurant and was informed that a manager would have to call me back because SHE was on the phone. At 6:38pm (23mins late) I receive a call from a MAN that says they "just received word that the delivery person will arrive any minute." At 6:55pm, I call again and was informed that a manager would call me back because SHE'S STILL ON THE PHONE. At 7:03pm, the delivery driver calls and is RUNNING, then hangs up and runs up the stairs to my apartment. I tell him I want a refund, he says he can't understand me. I call the restaurant again at 7:05pm. They tell me "she's still on the phone" and they have her call me back. At 7:10pm, a MAN calls me AGAIN and I explain I want a refund, so he says the manager will have to call me back because only the manager can handle online orders and SHE'S STILL ON THE PHONE. At 7:50pm, I call back and a guy answers the phone. I ask for a manager, and he asks why. I tell him I want a refund for my online order and he says "a manager has to do online orders." I tell him that's why I asked for a manager and then tell him how long I've been waiting for her to call me back, and he says SHE'S STILL ON THE PHONE and will have to call me back. NO CALL BACK. NO REFUND. I will NEVER order from them again. They rip you off and then ignore you if you ask for a refund."

"Great Chinese restaurant. Reasonable price. Crispy , crunchy tempura and crispy beef. Shrimp pad thai - mmm delish!! Huge shrimp."

"Easily one of the worst establishments I’ve been to yet. Absolutely rude employees, if I can even call them employees…considering I tried flagging the guy down behind the counter on his phone so I could take the food I already paid for. He just looked at me and pointed his finger at the woman on the phone at the register who was ignoring me since I came in. After the woman at the register was off the phone, she proceeded to help the customers that came in after me. Ignoring me until I had to tell her I would like my food I paid for…so she grabbed it and lobbed it onto the calendar not saying a word. I will no longer waste my money on such rude and nasty people."
