"I ordered a sandwich with cream cheese, egg and bacon, and they put American cheese instead. What. They couldn’t refund me and told me it is what it is. I’m just very confused because I asked for cream cheese I just don’t know why you would put American cheese. They’re not even closely the same thing Update: just drove all the way back to get another sandwich and it doesn’t even have cream cheese messed up again! you can see in the second photo Update 3: I went back again, and they just handed me this just a packet of cream cheese, and didn’t even bother to remake the sandwich. Just horrendous customer service."
"We tried this restaurant for the 1st time this past Sunday. The price was ok. I wasn’t impressed with the fish sandwich and the greasy not-so-crispy battered onions. The breakfast with the pancakes that we ordered is good. The young women serving the food are all quite overloaded that when one of them served my son’s plate, she dropped the food on the floor. I think they should use a large tray to carry the plates of food so they don’t drop the food. They did replace the food they dropped. I think I will try them again just for breakfast items."
"Wow,we've found a new favorite! This is my kind of food establishment:comfortable and funky! By funky I mean different in a good way. You order and pay for your food at the counter from an extensive menu, get your own drinks and a short time later your freshly cooked food is delivered to your table. The staff is attentive and wearing pajamas and it all lends itself to comfort."
