"The drink tasted flavorless and when I told the barista I didn’t like it (because I order it all the time, so I know how it’s supposed to taste) she rudely replied that “it was hard to measure because it was a tall drink” and if I wanted to add anything, I had to pay, as if it was my fault that her barista skills were lacking."
