"Awful, rundown location. Dirty floors, dirty tables, smashed order screens, long wait for the simplest order, machines beeping nonstop (no one attends). If you had nostalgia for 80s post-apocalyptic movie vibes, this would serve well."
"Stopped by on a Saturday evening, minimum customers but all waiting around for their food. This should have been the first hint to leave. I placed the order through kiosk and didn't even get a receipt. I waited around for more than 20 mins. When I finally received the food, the fries were cold. They missed part of the order as well. Not sure if they were short staffed that particular day or if this is a common practice at this location."
"I’m always scared I’m going to get robbed at this McDonald’s at night, there’s always junkies and people on drugs loitering around after dark. Asking for money and various things like liquor and weed. Really concerned for the workers here, but it is clear that they’ve grown desensitized to all of this. As of lately they’ve been having security at the place due to various incidents. There was a stabbing not too long ago. Food is usually good here though."
"I went through the drive-thru to pick up my food, then returned to my office. To my disappointment, the burger appeared quite thin. There was NO PATTY inside. I had wasted 30 minutes waiting for a burger without the essential component. Frustrated, I contacted the store and requested a refund, but they insisted I had to be there in person to receive it. I headed to the store and explained the situation, but what made it worse was that all the employees seemed to be smirking at me, leaving me with the uncomfortable feeling that they thought I was being dishonest. They eventually processed the refund, but not a single person offered an apology. This ordeal ended up consuming another 30 minutes of my time."
"This place is a dud. I’m not even convinced that real humans work here. My friends and I stopped in hoping for smoothies at 9pm on a Friday. No human registers were running, only order kiosks where you have to pay with credit card. Apparently smoothies were “out of stock” and it looked like they were having massive issues with filling orders in general because the lobby was full of people who had placed orders but had no food in hand. It was strange."
